Hi, I’m Jason Teeters
I’m an entrepreneur who spends most of my days running a global organizational performance firm I started in 2017. My work takes me around the world helping teams move through change, conflict, and complexity—and when people come through something meaningful together, there’s something special about it.
Weddings give me that same feeling in a completely different way. I’ve been married to a wedding planner for more than a decade, so weddings have been part of my world for a long time. I tried to fight it, but somewhere along the way, I got caught up in the love of love.
My wife hired me to officiate my first wedding in 2016, and I’ve been doing it ever since. It brings together so much of what I care about—storytelling, connection, meaningful experiences, and helping people be fully present for a moment that matters. And it still feels special every time.

One important thing before the big day.
You'll need to obtain a valid Florida marriage license before your wedding ceremony.
I'll make sure everything is properly completed after the ceremony and handle my responsibilities as your officiant.
